Shipping Policy

Here are our estimated shipping delivery times:

USA: 5­-8 business days
Canada: 6­-12 business days
World: 10­-20 business days
Each order is crafted at the time of purchase and your order will be shipped out on average within 3 days of ordering.

International shipping

International shipments may incur customs fees. The customs policy is different in each country, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

Your order never arrived

If your order didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let us know! First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, however, it will have to be at your cost.

Unfortunately, we can’t replace orders that were lost/stolen after they are delivered. Package theft is a growing crime and if it is an issue in your area we suggest having deliveries sent to a secure location. Here are some tips on preventing package theft.

If your order is not marked as delivered by the USPS:
If after allowing the correct amount of time your package has not arrived and is not marked as delivered by the carrier, we will cover reshipping costs of the goods. We send us an email with your name and order number. Please note that during the holiday season, shipping times can be extended.

Your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it:
If your package is marked as delivered by the carrier, but you have not received it then you need to contact USPS and open a case for non-receipt of product and send us the case number. If the item is not redelivered to you within 10 business days of sending the case number to us, we will reship at no charge.

Return Policies

Damaged items

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If an order arrives damaged, then please get in touch with a photo within a week’s time!

Wrong size

We do not exchange items on the basis of them being the wrong size. Due to the fact that we manufacture the vast majority of our products at the time of order, we don’t have a warehouse to return items to. Please choose carefully when ordering and refer to the sizing guides.

If you’re unhappy with the size you’ve received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it’s possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we’ll get you sorted out.
